USB TIE

This is a USB-powered "neck fan" cleverly disguised as a tie! The merchant's site is in Japanese, but from what I can tell, you can use a battery pack to power it, or plug it right into your laptop. Too funny. With this geeky backup, you'll never have to worry about the office air conditioner breaking again!
