Okay, we have no idea how you would distinguish the X's from O's but it still makes for a pretty ashtray. Let us know if you have any ideas.

It seems like it's more of a statement that soon - when smoking has passed its peak - ashtrays will need to be re-purposed... and they just happen to be about tic-tac-toe board sized. Find your own game pieces. Sticks, stones, diamonds, whatever.
