This Aquarium Toilet seems to be more accommodating to men than women, in terms of ease of fish-viewing while performing other bathroom tasks. It is an interesting idea nevertheless, and I do wonder what effect it has to the Feng Shui of the bathroom and whether fish have any objections to living inside a toilet.

when you flush
do the fish go down as well
or have the somehow been adapted and when you flush the swim at hyper speed to stay in the tank
but then if they did that there will be no water in the tank for them

The tank that the water for flushing is stored in is separate from the one with the fish.
